Where we serve
You can book when a partner laundry is within 5 km of your pickup address. If none is, the app says "Non serviceable area". Your order goes to the laundry you choose in the app, or the nearest one.
Pickup
- Choose a pickup day (up to 6 days ahead) and a time slot when you book.
- The laundry's delivery person comes to your address in that slot, counts your clothes with you and may make your bill on the spot.
- If the slot cannot be met, the laundry will call you to arrange another time.

Dry cleaning, heavy items and some stains can take longer; the laundry will tell you. Times may also slip on public holidays and in bad weather.
Delivery
- Clothes are delivered to your pickup address, or to the address shown on the order.
- You can follow the order in the app; while the delivery person is on the way, you see when they are coming and can call them.
- Please check your items on delivery. If nobody is available, the delivery person will call you and arrange another time; a repeat visit may carry the delivery charge again.
